Information and purposes

• Enquiries: your name, email address, selected service and message, plus any organisation, group size, preferred dates and location you choose to provide. These are used to answer you, prepare a proposal and arrange a service at your request. Processing is necessary for steps before a contract or for performing a contract; general business correspondence is based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Security: the enquiry reference, submission time, handling status and keyed technical digests help prevent duplicate requests and abuse. The enquiry database does not store your IP address in plain text. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
• Bookings and payments: information needed to arrange and invoice the service, based on the contract and applicable accounting obligations. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment service, not in this contact form.
• Learning accounts, when available: email address, sign-in information and course access, used to provide and protect the learning service. Authentication is provided by Supabase. The public contact form does not require an account.

Required form fields are needed so Tommi can respond. Other fields are optional. Do not include health information or other sensitive personal data. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and it is not used for automated decisions or profiling.

Access, providers and transfers

Enquiries are stored in the website database, and the inbox is restricted to Tommi’s authenticated owner account. Website hosting and storage use Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare. Email correspondence uses Google/Gmail. Calendly handles calendar bookings, Stripe handles payments, and Supabase handles learning sign-in when used. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Metricool receives visit information only after you allow analytics on the public presentation pages; the form contents are not sent to it.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy information describes international transfers and applicable safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses. You may request more information from Tommi.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept while the matter is being handled and while it is needed for an agreed service or to resolve related questions or disputes. Once these purposes end, unnecessary enquiry data is deleted. Accounting material is retained for the periods required by law. You can ask Tommi about retention or request deletion of your own data. Deletion may be limited by an ongoing contract, a legal obligation or a legal claim.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary technologies support security, your privacy choice and sign-in when you use it. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser under aj-privacy-v1 for up to 180 days. Metricool is not loaded before you allow analytics. You can refuse or withdraw permission using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops future analytics on this site and reloads the page; you can also remove previously stored cookies in your browser settings.

The embedded Calendly calendar loads only when you select its separate allow-and-load button. Alternatively, open Calendly in a new tab. The contact form works without enabling analytics or Calendly.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
